At Buildex Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality construction, medical, plumbing, oil & gas, and industrial equipment. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations.

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be granted.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You received a defective or damaged product
• The product delivered is not what was ordered
• The item is missing essential parts or accessories
• The product is proven to be faulty upon delivery
• The order was canceled before shipment (if applicable)

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

• Custom or special-order equipment
• Used or installed machinery
• Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse after delivery
• Clearance or final sale products
• Products without original packaging or accessories (if required for return)

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

1. Our team will inspect the returned item
2. You will receive a confirmation of approval or rejection
3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–14 business days
4. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or agreed alternative

Replacement Policy

If a product is damaged or faulty, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability and customer preference.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs may be covered by Buildex Supply only if the error is on our side (wrong or defective item)
• In other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return policy applies.

Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection before approval of refunds or replacements. Buildex Supply reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy requirements.
